Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase; you will need it to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

Custom-made or personalized products.

Digital downloads or software.

Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
How to Start a Return

Email us at usastokcontact@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

We will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
