Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase; you will need it to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Digital downloads or software.

  • Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at usastokcontact@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  • We will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  • Do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at usastokcontact@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after we approved it, first check your bank account or original payment method. Then contact your payment provider — it may take some time before a refund is posted.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes unless the return is caused by our error.
